About This Project
A customer Android app plus a rider app and an admin console. Customers browse by category, schedule a delivery slot and track the order; riders receive assignments and confirm delivery.
The Challenge
Orders arrived by phone during peak hours and were lost or duplicated. There was no way to tell a customer where their delivery actually was.
Our Solution
Structured ordering with delivery slots, automatic rider assignment by zone, and status updates pushed to the customer at each stage.
