A multi-business SaaS for money transfer businesses: each one gets its own customer Android app and admin panel for bKash, Nagad and Rocket requests, Gulf exchange rates and payouts, while the platform team runs every business from one console.
Sadiba started as an app for one money transfer business and is now a platform any such business can use. Each business gets its own link, its own customers and its own branded app: customers add money by paying the business's bKash, Nagad or Rocket number (or a bank or agent abroad) and entering the transaction ID, hold a taka balance, and send money to Bangladeshi wallets or to bank accounts in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman or Bahrain.
No payment gateway is involved: the money moves outside the app, and each business's admin panel is where staff check every transaction ID or receipt, approve or reject it and record the payout. Every request carries the exchange rate of the moment it was made, every balance change is written to a ledger, and every action lands in an audit log.
The platform team opens new businesses, suspends them and supports them from a separate console. The public demo gives every visitor a private copy with sample data, so they can try both the customer app and the admin panel without seeing anyone else's changes.
The business moves real money by hand: a customer pays a mobile wallet or a bank abroad, and staff pay recipients from their own accounts. The software had to make that manual process safe — no double credits, no lost refunds, no argument about which rate applied — and then serve many such businesses from one installation without any of them ever seeing another's customers, while still offering a public demo that nobody can break.
We built a Laravel platform where every row belongs to a business and every query is scoped to the current one, decided before any page loads. A single wallet service is the only code that can change a balance, inside a locked transaction, with every movement in an append-only ledger. The public demo never opens the showcase itself: a demo login builds a private copy of it in about a second, shared by the visitor's app and admin panel and deleted when it expires, and passwords, staff and app files are locked there.
