About This Project

ArenaRoom lets a community run Free Fire tournaments without spreadsheets and group-chat chaos. Players register with their own UID, build a squad with an invite code and enter Battle Royale lobbies or Clash Squad knockout brackets. Organizers approve teams, schedule matches, paste the Room ID once and enter results - the system does the rest.

Free Fire does not let outside software create a custom room, so the organizer creates the room in the game and pastes the Room ID and password into the match. ArenaRoom keeps them hidden and releases them to the confirmed players of that match, at the minute the organizer chose, with an alert on the phone. Reminders, slot draws, brackets, points, rankings and the final standings are automatic.

The whole organizer panel works on one Android phone: approve registrations, publish a room, enter a lobby result or reset a password with a thumb. Every label, colour, rule, points table and text is editable from the panel, and every visitor of the live demo gets a private copy to change or delete anything.

The Challenge

Community Free Fire tournaments are usually run on Facebook and WhatsApp: sign-ups in comments, Room IDs pasted into groups where anyone can see them, results typed by hand and points added on a calculator. The organizer is often one person with only an Android phone, so the system had to be fast on a small screen, and it had to be honest about what Free Fire allows - a room cannot be created by software.

Our Solution

We built a Laravel web app with a phone-first interface. One engine owns registration rules, capacity and waitlists, and another derives every standing from published lobby rows, so a corrected result can never leave the table wrong. A small automation engine runs every minute (or lazily on page loads where hosting has no cron) to open and close registration, release rooms and send reminders. The demo gives each visitor a disposable database of their own, so nothing a customer clicks can affect anyone else.

Results

  • An organizer runs a full tournament night from one phone
  • Room details reach only the right players, on time, with a phone alert
  • Results turn into points and rankings the moment a lobby is published
  • No spreadsheets: registrations, brackets and standings live in one place
  • A live demo where every visitor gets a private sample tournament scene
