NetGuard is the platform behind our managed website-care service. Each client gets a dashboard that shows how their websites are doing: whether they are online, the latest health check, recent changes to their files, backups and a monthly report, with one place to ask our team for help.
A small agent runs on the client's own server and reports back on a schedule. It only reads files and sends reports, and clients decide from the dashboard what it may do on its own. Our engineers watch every site, keep software up to date and step in when something needs attention.
It is built as a multi-tenant SaaS: every client is kept separate, each client's team has its own roles, and everything from plans and pricing to email texts is managed from an admin console.
Small businesses and publishers often learn about website problems late, from a customer or an advertising platform. They need someone to keep an eye on their sites every day, but not a large IT team. The service had to be clear enough for a non-technical owner, light on their server, and safe: nothing should change on a client's site without their say.
We built a Laravel SaaS with three parts: checks that run from our servers, a single-file agent that runs on the client's server and only reports, and a dashboard where clients see everything and choose what may run automatically. A scheduler handles monitoring, nightly checks, backups and monthly reports, and our engineers work from an admin console that brings all clients together.
