NEXORA AI — Business Agent Platform
A multi-tenant platform that gives every business its own AI agent — answering customers on the website, Messenger and...
An AI recruitment platform for HR teams that reads every CV, checks each must-have with evidence, and ranks candidates by the job and by how the company actually hires — while people make every hiring decision.
HireMind is an AI recruitment and shortlisting platform built for Bangladeshi HR teams and recruitment agencies. A company posts a job or pastes a job description, uploads every CV it received — PDF, Word, scanned files or a ZIP — and gets a ranked shortlist in minutes instead of days of reading.
What makes it different is the company hiring profile. HR writes how the company hires in plain sentences — “practical experience over certificates”, “frequent job changes are a concern” — and each sentence becomes a scoring rule the team can see and tune. The same CV can rank differently at two companies, because they value different things.
Every score is explainable: a must-have table quotes the line from the CV, each criterion carries a note, and the candidate report says why someone ranked where they did. The AI recommends; only people shortlist, hold or reject, and every decision is logged. Protected details such as religion, age and marital status are stripped from CVs before scoring, and preferences based on them are refused.
A single job post in Bangladesh can bring hundreds of CVs, and a small HR team has days, not weeks, to find the few worth interviewing. CVs get skimmed, good candidates are missed, and the shortlist depends on who happened to read which file. Keyword-based applicant tracking systems do not help: they rank every company’s candidates the same way, cannot explain a score, and have no idea that one company values real projects while another values certifications.
We built screening around evidence and the company’s own way of hiring. An AI analyzer turns the job description into prioritised requirements. Every CV is extracted and parsed — including scanned files through a vision model — then scored criterion by criterion, with each must-have checked against the actual lines of the CV. A company hiring profile compiles plain-language hiring preferences into transparent rules that shift weights, add bonuses or penalties, and refuse anything based on protected characteristics. The overall score is a fixed, explainable formula, so changing a weight re-ranks thousands of candidates instantly without another AI call. HR then shortlists on a board, compares finalists and emails candidates, with every move recorded.
